Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the company and ensure the smooth running of daily office affairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle and organize daily paperwork, including letters, emails and file management
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, itineraries and company events
  • Answer and transfer calls, receive visiting guests
  • Manage office supplies and ensure sufficient office supplies
  • Assist the Human Resources Department with matters such as employee onboarding, training and attendance
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Support the administrative needs of other departments of the company

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above, administrative or related work experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous and conscientious, with a good sense of confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Arabic are preferred
