Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for executives and teams.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Gather potential customer data through research and market exploration.
- Accompany the factory owner during client/factory visits and assist in customer meetings.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an office-based (on-site) environment.
