Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Developer to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Campaigns, Web Development, etc.), strong communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research target markets, generate leads, and build a qualified sales pipeline.

Sales Outreach: Engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their business goals.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics.

Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
