Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to expand the company’s export sales portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of international clients.
- Monitor and report on export sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the printing services or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and trade regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
