Job Description
- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with overseas clients and partners.
- Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential markets for growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients and distributors.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare regular reports on export activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Resolve any issues related to shipments, documentation, or customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in export operations, international sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing export processes and developing international business.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify new export opportunities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate order fulfillment and logistics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
