Role Summary
- As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process for software solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing accounts
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer goals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospects
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM documentation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B software sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the software/SaaS landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Experience using sales tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Bachelor's degree any related field (preferred)
