Job Description
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, posting job vacancies on job boards, company websites, and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the offer process
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Prepare on boarding materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires, responsible for Mobile line requests/laptop /email & Bank for the new hire.
- Responsible for preparing contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to recommend improvements
- Assess training needs across the organization and develop relevant programs
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring policies reflect current practices and legal requirements.
- Handle investigations related to workplace incidents or complaints, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Lead HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
- Lead the travel expenses process with all employees, Calculate or deduct it from the salaries
- Lead the payroll process by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc), calculating total wage earnings, withholding deductions
- HR implementation of the Odoo system.
- Lead the social insurance process (form1, 2 & 6)
- Lead health and life insurance programs.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations, Manage performance management cycle, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- ERP Applications ( Odoo)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field, Certified Professional HR Management Diploma is a must
