Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent across all service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment, with a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market and the shared services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Supervise and support a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with clients, HR teams, and hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in shared services companies.
- Knowledge in (ATS), recruitment tools, and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and best hiring practices.
