Job Description

  • Responsible for Dealing with governmental bodies.
  • Responsible for Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, electricity, water, telecommunication, etc., for contracting and paying bills on regular basis.
  • Responsible for Coordinator of permits and licenses for the different departments and outlets.
  • Maintain good relations with all stakeholders internally & externally.
  • Contribute in forming company’s legal contracts if needed.
  • Responsible for undertaking any other responsibilities requests made by Management.
  • Responsible for ensuring a full understanding of the current licensing laws and legal requirements.
  • Drive approval of all relevant letters, documents, and company papers.
  • Process, issue renew, modify and follow-up all government related transaction, to represent company and employees in government offices in accordance with Government rules and regulations.
  • Prepare the needed weekly report with all activities’ status to direct manager.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Experience: 7-10 years’ experience
  • MS office and presentation skills – Intermediate.
  • Full awareness of the governmental entities and services.
