About the Job
  • Apply all rules of job regulation number 12, published in 2013, and implement company policies.
  • Responsible for following up on the progress of employees and recommending improvements.
  • Help in making payroll sheets for employees and sending them monthly to the financial department.
  • Lead HR compensations, benefits, rewards, health, etc.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing employee records and updating them.
  • Being able to work in all governmental sectors and finishing all papers needed.
  • Devise a list of procedures for hiring and training employees to meet the goal of the company.
  • Implement internal communication projects to increase employees’ creativity and job satisfaction
  • Responsible for keeping all company employee information confidential.
  • Implementing all the work provided by the senior management and CEO
  • Report to senior management and analyze employee data regularly.
Job Requirements
  • Males only
  • HR certificate is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate activities
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Visio, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
