Through strategic partnerships, advisory services, and specialized subsidiaries, SEIZE supports Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering innovative business, digital, and human capital solutions.Role SummaryThe Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving SEIZE’s growth strategy through data-driven market analysis, opportunity identification, and execution of business initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to evaluate trends, assess risks, and recommend strategies that expand SEIZE’s market footprint while ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial analysis to identify new opportunities.Translate data insights into actionable business strategies and performance improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private sector leaders, and industry stakeholders.Lead the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.Monitor key business KPIs (pipeline growth, win rates, revenue targets, client retention).Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, strategy, finance) to design tailored solutions for clients.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights on growth opportunities and business risks.Represent SEIZE at key forums, tenders, and business development events.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience: 6–10 years in business development, strategy, or market analysis, preferably within consulting or semi-government sectors in KSA/GCC.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (market sizing, forecasting, ROI evaluation).Proven track record in driving measurable business growth and achieving revenue targets.Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, public sector projects, and Vision 2030 priorities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.Ability to work with complex datasets, market reports, and strategic KPIs.Strategic thinker with execution ability — balancing analysis with action.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based growth incentives.Health insurance, annual leave, and benefits as per Saudi labor law.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Exposure to high-impact national projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
