Job Description
-Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, décor, and marketing materials
-Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves, additions, changes to workstations) and provide plans, resources, and solutions when requested
-Supervise the work of administrative support staff to ensure that they provide the administrative services required by the company to the required standard
-Maintain all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained, that administrative services are provided as required and that invoices are processed for work carried out.
-Responsible for selecting working spaces for the off-site teams matching their needs and the standard criteria
-Maintain stationery requirements to ensure that there are adequate supplies provided at all times
Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
· 3-5 years of experience in administration role. Experience 2+ years as administration or facility manager
· Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
· Proven experience in event planning or coordination
· Very good command of the English language
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at the same time
· Ability to work independently/on own initiative and as part of the team and ability to both work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
