Job Description
✅ Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
✅ Manage administrative staff and support departments as needed
✅ Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
✅ Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
✅ Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
✅ Assist in budget management and reporting.
Job Requirements
- University graduate AUC or GUC
- Excellent for presentations
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office management tools (e.g., ERP systems)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
