Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager with a strong leadership personality and a proven track record in administrative management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic goals, developing and executing operational plans, building and managing a high-performing team, and enhancing the overall performance of the office.
Our location: 23 Youssef Abbas St, Ash Sharekat, Nasr City, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative and operational plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Select, build, and lead an efficient and effective team; oversee performance and ensure continuous development.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the execution of work plans and achievement of targets.
  • Drive improvements in operational and administrative efficiency through effective analysis and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment between departments and teams.
  • Oversee the professional appearance and conduct of the office and staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Apply best practices in agile management or product ownership when needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive or administrative roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to set and implement goals.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and team management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance improvement and achieving measurable results.

  • English language proficiency.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools and software management tools.
  • Leadership, motivation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and reporting systems.
