Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team for the establishment phase of our new manufacturing plant in Egypt. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the installation, coordination, and operational readiness of our new facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all activities related to facility setup and commissioning and responsible from regular maintenance.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely progress.
- Supervise installation of electrical systems and infrastructure in compliance with company and local standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during facility setup.
- Report regularly on project status, timelines, and any challenges encountered.
- Liaise with local contractors, suppliers, and authorities as required.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a must
- Very good English, at least, is a must
- Proven Experience in Electrical work.
- Proven experience in facility setup, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced
- Purchasing and Suppliers connections is a big blus
