Job Description
- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
Job Requirements
- Experience in Foreign Purchase/ local Purchase and customs
- Not less than FIVE YEARS in Petroleum and marine companies for Senior & 2 years min for the specialist
- Engineering certificate is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to use Procurement Software
- High computer skills: windows / outlook /office / PDF, power point
- Good Appearance
- High level in English
