Following Up on all shipments shipped from different regions & vendors.
Send shipping documents (like invoices, bills of lading & Packing Lists) to our Broker on time.
Analyze each PO mentioned in every shipment for short, shipped products.
Review all shipping docs for every shipment & validate all mentioned data in it (such as SKUs, Qty shipped, description, payment terms, container no., CBM, ship to port, ETD & ETA)
Add every shipment in our database after deduction shipped qty from original PO qty.
Create shipment on ERP System matching with shipping docs 100%.
Follow-up closely with warehouse team to make sure every shipment is received in full & on time.
Analyze any shortage or extra qty found in any shipment.
Sending POs Analysis to every vendor & follow-up on it until order fulfillment.
Sending Container Analysis to every vendor specially if shortage or extra qty are existing & following up with them until solution.
Removing shipment from database after being received by warehouses.
Closing of each PO after fulfillment on ERP system (Oracle NetSuite)
Prepare Vendor Scorecard for each vendor on quarter basis to evaluate shipments fulfillment.

Proven work experience not less than 7 years as a Senior Logistics or similar role.
Good working knowledge of Logistics needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP System.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred
