Job Description
- Work Management of the Purchasing and Accounts Department Daily tasks
- Follow up with the sales team, and collect the medications and supplies required for customers.
- Communicate with relevant partners such as pharmacies, stores, and pharmaceutical companies and request lists of required items.
- Develop a plan for the delivery team to receive orders from suppliers.
- Develop a plan for the delivery team to deliver orders on time to customers.
- Managing audits and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the general administration.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
