Job Description

  • Work Management of the Purchasing and Accounts Department Daily tasks 
  • Follow up with the sales team, and collect the medications and supplies required for customers. 
  • Communicate with relevant partners such as pharmacies, stores, and pharmaceutical companies and request lists of required items.
  • Develop a plan for the delivery team to receive orders from suppliers. 
  • Develop a plan for the delivery team to deliver orders on time to customers.
  • Managing audits and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the general administration.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
  • Negotiation skills
  • BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
