Job Description
- Manage daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, price negotiations, and order processing.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per company requirements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast and plan purchasing needs.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders accordingly.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget constraints.
- Generate and analyze purchasing reports to support management decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
