Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to order placement.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular purchasing reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
