Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors to achieve cost savings and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance with company requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and trends relevant to the health and nutrition industry.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and related documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within the health, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and inventory control.
Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed purchasing decisions.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards, and best practices in purchasing.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
