Job Description
- Prepare and submit TA files to the Customs Authority.
- Monitor approvals and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments to ensure alignment between imported and exported quantities.
- Track the production cycle to comply with the allowed TA period (typically two years).
- Communicate with the Customs Authority, Industrial Control Authority, and the General Organization for Export and Import Control.
- Submit periodic reports as required by regulatory bodies.
- Prepare usage reports for imported materials.
- Document manufacturing and export operations and link them to the imported materials under TA.
- Track remaining quantities under TA.
- Ensure materials are used strictly for their intended purpose.
- Ensure full compliance with customs laws and regulations.
- Be prepared for audits or inspections by regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs or temporary admission systems.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
