About the Role:

As a Senior Logistics Specialist (After Shipping), you will manage and coordinate all aspects of shipping documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and support the logistics team in streamlining operations.

This role is ideal for professionals with 4-7 years of experience who are eager to build their careers in the logistics and supply chain field.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all shipping and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Assist in resolving shipping and logistics-related issues.
Support the logistics team in optimizing operational processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in logistics, shipping documentation, or a related role.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
