Job Description
We are looking to hire senior export operations with the following requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Freight Forwarding is a must
- Maximum Age is 35 years
- Very good English language writing, speaking
- Ability to handle all communications with agents
- Key Skills: Client Relationships, Ability to sale with confidence, Presentation skills.
- Location: Mohandessin.Giza
- Working Hours : 8:30 a.m. To 4:30 p.m
- Days Off: Friday + Saturday

Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of freight booking systems, cargo handling, and export compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Preparing and verifying all export documentation & compliance requirements.
- Coordinating with operations, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth cargo flow.
- Monitoring cargo tracking and proactively updating customers.
- Handling claims, delays, or exceptions professionally.
