Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Support the manager in planning, organizing, and implementing daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with local childcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee staffing schedules and ensure adequate child-to-staff ratios.
2. Educational Oversight:
• Assist in curriculum planning and ensure age-appropriate learning activities.
• Monitor teaching practices and provide feedback to staff.
• Promote an environment that supports child development, safety, and wellbeing.
3. Health & Safety:
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor emergency preparedness and first-aid protocols.
4. Parental Engagement:
• Address parent inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Build strong relationships with families and ensure effective communication.
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings or events.
6. Administrative Duties:
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Maintain records of attendance, incidents, and progress reports.
• Assist in marketing the kindergarten to increase enrolment.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant or nursery superviosr
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- ability to supervise and follow up the system
- ability to follow up the teachers and children in a specific stage or age group
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
