Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting all Human Resources functions at ESLSCA University. The role assists in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, training coordination, and personnel administration to ensure smooth daily HR operations, compliance with internal policies, and a positive work environment.

Accountabilities:
- Assists in posting job vacancies on various platforms.
- Screens CVs and schedules interviews with candidates.
- Supports logistics of interview and follow up with hiring managers and applicants.
- Coordinates onboarding processes including document collection, orientation sessions, and system access setup.
- Handles offboarding formalities, including exit interviews and clearance.
- Acts as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
- Supports the organization of internal employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Supports payroll-related activities by collecting attendance and leave records.
- Handles the daily operations of the medical insurance of staff/faculty members.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and university policies in all HR processes.
- Supports training needs analysis and maintains training records.
- Follow up on training feedback and evaluations.
- Assists in the coordination of the performance appraisal process.
- Maintains performance-related data and follow up with concerned departments.
- Supports periodic HR reports and analysis.
