Outsourcy is seeking to immediately hire B2B Sales specialists
Location: Massadak St. - Dokki
Near El-Bhoos Metro Station
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B HR outsourcing is highly preferred.
- Experience selling in HR services industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
