Job Description

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are running smoothly.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing incoming communication and prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Meeting Preparation & Coordination: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings. Attend meetings as required and take detailed notes.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, preferably within a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Must have a car
