Job Description
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and drive qualified traffic to our business.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring wise allocation of funds.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, hard copy brochures, and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against set goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Possess a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing techniques and strategies.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven Background in sales, digital marketing, and traditional marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, along with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.
- Numerically literate, with strong skills in working with numbers, analyzing metrics, and processing figures using spreadsheets.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for creating great copy and witty communication.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
