Job Description
- Identify and target corporate clients (e.g., SMEs, travel agencies) to secure room bookings, long-term contracts, and event business
- Develop and implement quarterly sales action plans aligned with the hotel’s revenue goals
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new corporate clients and grow existing accounts
- Manage sales calls, site visits, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers in businesses and organizations
- Create customized corporate rates and packages to meet client needs and drive loyalty
- Build long-term partnerships to maximize corporate revenue and repeat business
- Collaborate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure high service delivery to corporate clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and performance reports
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms while balancing profitability and client needs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of corporate sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of the local corporate market and hotel business trends
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities
- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong persuasive skills for contract discussions and client presentations
