Job Description

  • Identify and target corporate clients (e.g., SMEs, travel agencies) to secure room bookings, long-term contracts, and event business
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales action plans aligned with the hotel’s revenue goals 
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new corporate clients and grow existing accounts
  • Manage sales calls, site visits, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers in businesses and organizations
  • Create customized corporate rates and packages to meet client needs and drive loyalty
  • Build long-term partnerships to maximize corporate revenue and repeat business
  • Collaborate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure high service delivery to corporate clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and performance reports
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms while balancing profitability and client needs 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of corporate sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of the local corporate market and hotel business trends
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management preferred
  • Strong persuasive skills for contract discussions and client presentations
