Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager Engineer to lead our kitchen and dressing showroom. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proficiency in SketchUp and Rhino, and a proven track record in furniture sales. This role involves managing the showroom operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Utilize SketchUp and Rhino to create custom designs and layouts for customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed showroom targets.
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and special offers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in furniture sales, with a minimum of [7+] years in a management role.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly SketchUp and Rhino is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding of furniture materials and manufacturing processes ( shop drawing , cutting lists and pricing ).
- Strong technical background in furniture and interior design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
