Job Description

• Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with key accounts in the travel industry.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met or  exceeded.

• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.

• Monitor customer feedback and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.

• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and analyze customer data for service improvements.

Job Requirements

 

  • 3 to 4 Years Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Own a Car
