Job Description

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Present and promote travel services tailored to corporate clients’ needs, including business travel, events, and incentive packages.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, ticketing, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
