Job Description
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Present and promote travel services tailored to corporate clients’ needs, including business travel, events, and incentive packages.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and margin targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, ticketing, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
