Job Description
- Oversee and drive the development of Aman Card Operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the entire process of Aman Card issuance for individual clients and corporations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Aman Technology team to address and resolve any system-related issues or challenges associated with the Aman Card.
- Act as the primary point of contact for handling inquiries and complaints from Aman branches regarding the Aman Card, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the Call Center team, equipping them with necessary materials, updates, and knowledge on Aman Card features and activation processes.
- Lead and support direct reports to ensure the efficient delivery and activation of Aman Cards, driving efforts to expand the customer base and meet customer demands.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in the Sales and Financial Services industry
- .2 years of experience in a managerial role
