Job Description
As a field sales supervisor, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our network of car dealership partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your deep understanding of the automotive market and your ability to foster strong relationships will be key to your success. You will be expected to meticulously plan sales activities, monitor market trends, and provide strategic insights to the leadership team to ensure our platform becomes the go-to solution for car dealers. You will be required to:
- Leverage your existing network and establishing new connections to bring car dealerships onto our platform.
- Recruit, train, and manage a robust sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different market segments, ensuring consistent growth in our user base.
- Maintain a highly organized approach to sales operations, including pipeline management, performance tracking, and reporting.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a field sales supervisor or in a similar senior sales role with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Successful experience in the automotive sector is a must.
- Demonstrable success in building and leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- An extensive and active network of contacts within car dealerships and the broader automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
