Job Description
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for energy drinks and mineral water.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (including large accounts and distributors) and suppliers.
* Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate favorable pricing, discount structures, and supply agreements with clients and suppliers.
* Offer Design & Presentation: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Distribution & Logistics: Gain a practical understanding of our distribution channels and contribute to optimizing delivery processes.
* Financial Acumen: Understand basic financial aspects related to sales, including budgeting, invoicing, and payment collection.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless business operations and contribute to overall company growth.
* Startup Contribution: Be prepared to wear multiple hats and assist with various tasks as needed in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree from a private university.
* Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the energy drink or mineral water sector.
* Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pricing, discount percentages, and key players (suppliers and major customers) within the Egyptian beverage market.
