Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries regarding ECRAL’s car rental and limousine services, providing accurate information or directing queries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings for clients and staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support office management by ordering supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Willingness to work full-time, onsite at our office location.
