Job Description

Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City, Egypt. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and ensuring all HR policies and practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also includes designing and implementing company-wide talent management programs to attract, retain and develop top talent. The Human Resources Manager will be expected to develop relationships across the organization to deliver against key objectives, support the business in achieving targets, and maintain a strong focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field
5+ years of experience in Human Resources management 
Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including but not limited to: talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing innovative HR programs and initiatives
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships across an organization
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
