Job Description

1. Documentation Management:

  • Develop, update, and maintain technical manuals, specifications, and other documentation related to railway systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, regulations, and requirements.
  • Organize and maintain a document repository for easy access and retrieval.

2. Quality Assurance:

  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation 
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any discrepancies or deficiencies identified during audits.
  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline documentation processes and enhance efficiency.

3. Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and input for documentation development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between documentation and project requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance documentation accuracy and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any ,Preferred Engineering degree.
  • Proven experience in documentation management Preferred within the railway or transportation industry.
  • Strong proficiency in document authoring and publishing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat…etc)
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements applicable to railway documentation (e.g., ISO 9001, EN 50126).
  • Very Good English Level
