Job Description
1. Documentation Management:
- Develop, update, and maintain technical manuals, specifications, and other documentation related to railway systems, equipment, and processes.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, regulations, and requirements.
- Organize and maintain a document repository for easy access and retrieval.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions to address any discrepancies or deficiencies identified during audits.
- Implement best practices and tools to streamline documentation processes and enhance efficiency.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and input for documentation development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between documentation and project requirements.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance documentation accuracy and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any ,Preferred Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in documentation management Preferred within the railway or transportation industry.
- Strong proficiency in document authoring and publishing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat…etc)
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements applicable to railway documentation (e.g., ISO 9001, EN 50126).
- Very Good English Level
