Job Description
- Travel Arrangements: Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights and hotel accommodations, with a strong understanding of visa requirements and issuance processes.
- Buffet and Inventory Management: Supervise buffet operations by liaising with buffet staff, ensuring smooth daily service, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and overseeing inventory control.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Manage and support the housekeeping team to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards across facilities.
- Event Support and Hospitality: Stay updated on scheduled events, coordinate hospitality services, and provide administrative support for event planning and execution.
- Financial Administration: Manage financial processes including invoice handling, numerical data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in administrative support or office coordination roles.
- Advanced proficiency in using the Amadeus booking system.
- Demonstrated experience in managing documentation, scheduling, and general office operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
