- Prospect and qualify new leads
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage assigned accounts and build long-term relationships
- Identify and understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the packaging industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
