Job Description

▪ Manage the recruitment process to ensure business needs across the functions achieved in a timely and consistent
manner.
▪ Managing and monitoring the recruitment end-to-end cycle in terms of screening and interviewing processes.
▪ Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
▪ Prepare the annual recruitment plan in coordination with the concerned parties to estimate the hiring needs across
departments.
▪ Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate evaluation
and offer negotiation.
▪ Create and publish job ads in various portals.
▪ Secure continues candidates' Sourcing form varies Sourcing channels and ensure diversity of Sourcing channels.
▪ Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
▪ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews for range of
wide roles.
▪ Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
▪ Assess core and leadership competencies by conducting a Competency based interview.
▪ Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application and providing
feedback as needed.
▪ Track hiring metrics including (Time to hire. Source of hire and hiring managers and candidate’s satisfactions)
▪ Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
▪ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
▪ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant filed.

•Postgraduate studies in Human Resources are preferred.

•Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

•Experience from 1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition.

•Manufacturing Background is Mandatory.

•Advanced Microsoft Office.

•Cairo or Sharkia resident is preferred.
