Develop and maintain a network of reliable drayage carriers.
Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers to optimize costs and service levels.
Plan, schedule, and dispatch drayage loads based on client requirements and delivery timelines.
Monitor shipment progress, address delays, and communicate updates to clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Provide accurate and timely freight quotes tailored to client needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build and retain strong client relationships.
Follow up with the accountant handling payables for all carriers’ invoices payment status
Manage and maintain accurate shipment records, including bills of lading, invoices, TIR (trailer interchange receipt) & EIR ( Equipment Interchange Receipt ) and delivery receipts.
Proactively address and resolve issues such as port congestion, driver availability, and equipment shortages.
Implement creative solutions to streamline operations and meet client needs.
Stay updated on drayage market trends, port operations, and industry regulations.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve operations and increase profitability.
Using ITS fir all loads being executed and making sure rates are added correctly and ready for billing.

Excellent command of the English language with American accent.
BA in Logistics, supply chain management or business administration is a plus.
Proficiency in logistics and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS) is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
