Job Description
- Define inventory limits for items and code items
- Provide appropriate suggestions that may be a reason for improving inventory performance
- Conducting a periodic inventory of stores and submitting copies of it to both the Board of Directors and the Director of Stores
- Implementation of plans and executive programs for stores, which ultimately serve to achieve the main objectives of the institution
- Implementation of disbursement, return and addition permits
- Storage units, shelves and stock safety in accordance with storage instructions
- Add, arrange and organize stocks correctly according to the instructions
- Maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of stores constantly
- Record all store movements on the program
- Any new business
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
