Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import & Export Operations Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in our international supply chain activities.

1. Manage end-to-end import and export operations in compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
2. Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with regulations, leveraging systems like Nafeza, ACI....
3. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
4. Supervise the preparation of all necessary shipping and customs documentation.
5. Monitor shipments, resolve any logistical issues, and maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
6. Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast and plan logistics needs.
7. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards relevant to international transport.
