Job Description
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the logistics team, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing
- Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory counts, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Analyzing logistics data, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement in logistics processes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows and develop a shipping plan to achieve the best results with the lowest cost.
- Design excel sheet with full table to track the orders. What is received or not received yet.
- Make sure export and import transactions can be finished on time and avoid demurrage charge and other charge, that all the payments already settled on time and solve all the external issues with suppliers, customs, SC Zone,…etc
- Developing and implementing cost-effective PO cycle for the purchasing of raw materials, goods, and services.
- Maintaining advantageous relationships with suppliers and managing disputes and forecasting to predict future demand for goods, services, and purchase requisitions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Industrial zone.
- Excellent of English language writing and speaking.
