Job Description
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff and storekeepers.
• Implement and maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards within the warehouse.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Prepare inventory reports and conduct regular stock checks.
• Oversee the handling of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor not less 4 years of experience in the same position.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
