Plan and coordinate the receiving, raw material, packing material and finished products according to quality standards and customer orders.
Monitor and maintain the temperature, humidity, and sanitation of the warehouse and the products
Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Manage the inventory of the products using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other system.
Optimize the warehouse layout, workflow, and utilization of space and equipment.
Supervise, train, and evaluate the warehouse staff and ensure their safety and productivity.
Prepare and analyze warehouse reports and metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, production, and quality assurance.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Prepare annual budget.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
Plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
Produce reports and receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Prefer to have experience in plastic filed.

Education:

Bachelor of Commerce or another related field.
Experience:
5- 7years’ experience in warehouse management with exposure to leadership position.
Language:
Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic language.
Good command of both spoken and written English language.
Computer Skills:
Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Excellent ERP (Warehouse module) preferred Oddo.
