Job Description
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO; take and distribute minutes.
Office Management:
- Ensure the CEO's office is well-organized and properly resourced.
- Oversee daily operations related to the CEO's administrative and logistical needs.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Liaison & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and manage calls, emails, and requests, responding where appropriate.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
Project Coordination:
- Assist with or lead strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables.
- Prepare high-level briefings and reports for internal and external use.
Support to Leadership Team:
- Provide occasional administrative support to senior leadership members.
- Facilitate meetings, retreats, or events involving the executive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth or complex organization.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana).
