Job Description
- Monitor sales and collections to ensure performance targets are achieved by each sales engineer.
- Promote the official company page on Facebook and Whats-app, and increase customer engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate between the accounting department, collections team, and sales engineers.
- Submit daily reports on sales engineers' field activities and performance.
- Distribute geographical territories among sales engineers to ensure nationwide market coverage.
- Monitor the spread of sales engineers across regions to ensure effective area coverage.
- Organize weekly sales meetings with engineers to align strategies and share updates.
- Ensure full coordination between the technical support team and the sales department.
- Follow up on the deployment of demo kits across various regions and ensure proper implementation.
- Manage the availability and distribution of new products across targeted areas.
- Communicate management instructions related to sales to the sales engineers regularly.
- Oversee the daily operations of engineers in both sales and technical support through tracking tools and reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to update sales engineers on new products and stock levels.
- Prepare documents for registration requests and product certificates.
- Organize and prepare for periodic meetings, including minutes and action follow-ups.
- Update work systems such as the MRL and upload data to the Odoo system.
- Manage and organize meeting agendas and task distribution.
- Follow up on seed sector activities and new product trials.
Update the disease management system and add new products to the platform.
Job Requirements
- Female candidates are preferred for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in operations management or cross-departmental coordination.
- Good knowledge of resource management systems (e.g., Odoo).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage teams.
